The training of the workforce and the management staff in the crucial art of corporate communications and public relations will continue to occupy the central position in the corporate planning and strategy of forward-looking organisations. The attainment of corporate goals and objectives will also depend, to a great extent, on the quality of training and retraining programmes the workforce is exposed to especially in an economy with changing trends, situations and new challenges like ours.

In view of the above, the 2010 training programmes of the Institute is designed to expose  Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, Information and Protocol Executives and other staff whose assignments have Public Relations implications to global best practices and re-engineered Public Relations, Communication and Management tools, strategies and techniques.
